This is a small adjustment for the minimap when we using the Field of View. In fact, in the normal system, the FoV of the minimap remains unchanged.

Since there are a lot of people that use the drag bar version,

I decided to make a specific version of it.

This version use dds, it is a different version than that of @ Distraught

PythonMiniMap.cpp --> #include "PythonSystem.h"
