There could be various reasons, but when people like MartySama suddenly disappear without leaving a message, it might mean they’ve been arrested. It’s also possible that they struck a deal where they agreed to stop offering their services and stay away from Metin2 servers to avoid charges or penalties. What’s strange is that they’re completely silent — rumor has it they’re locked away in the Grotto, guarded by the Dragon.

If Gameforge had a hand in this, their site wouldn't be alive anymore. If I had to guess, they're just taking a break right now.
But there's no denying that what they do is risky, not just because of Gameforge.

Yes, I was at the M2Dev Conference along with @ VegaS™. I have no idea where Marty and Owsap can be, I do not recall talking with them or ever seeing them. So is VegaS. All the allegations are unfounded. I would however still DM @ Amun just to be sure.

I think you guys are reading too much into this. As far as I know marty cba with metin right now, and owsap was suppose to be doing some big server with some turkish guy no?

edit: you guys suck at research, marty is active on github and owsap is hiding after gf shut down his website.

martysama is active right now, he just disabled his website partially, its not like he has many new customers anyway, its mostly supporting old ones. owsap just shitted his pants (and no one even cares, no one noticed) because thats what he does
