[Official] 2024 Refine proto

Hello,

This is probably one, if not my last release for a while due to many issues and choices, but I hope this one will be properly used. This is basically the latest official refine proto, it contains everything but two fictive lines (for Aura & Sashes as well as for Yohara stones). Basically did that way earlier this year but never had time to finish it nor polish & publish it.

Esta es probablemente una, si no mi última versión por un tiempo debido a muchos problemas y opciones, pero espero que esta se use correctamente.
