Solution:

 

Step 1:

Open navicat -> player -> item_proto and Press CTRL + Q

Step 2:

Execute these queries:

	UPDATE item_proto SET shop_buy_price = gold;
UPDATE item_proto SET shop_buy_price = (shop_buy_price * 1.40)-gold where gold > '0';
UPDATE item_proto SET shop_buy_price = gold-shop_buy_price where gold > '0';
	

Step 3: 

Update item_proto client side too, so you can see the sell price in client window

Result:

I allways use your command but what about Silver/Gold bars?
It can cause problems when you mess with their selling price, so I allways run after your code this SQL command:
UPDATE item_proto SET shop_buy_price = gold where vnum>=80003 and vnum<=80007;
