Hello devs i have some problem witch global chat.

i have some editing in my source code

Global chat is ok, but i have problem with this:

When player use emoticon can se it, other players can't see emoticon, where is problem?

Hi, not really sure about how-to help you but, anything edited on the python ? if you disable the system for 3 empire chat all work well again ?

I think about an edit on the python to "return;" when that's an emoticon registred on py can think the problem.
