ITEM_PROTO & ITEM_NAMES Maker V1

Hello all,

I am new to programming with c++  so i wanted to try out and make an item proto maker as simple as it could be for everybody to use.
Note that everything is still beta and many more things will add UP - for any bugs report back to me 

How it works: Its simple as it gets, you just enter the values you want  & it  will return you the values in a text file.
Reminder: This is beta more version updated will be coming with more options of course.
