Keep skill cooldown after warp/relog

Every skill refresh after relog or warp. I'm looking for a way to keep the skills cooldown.

Any idea?

Actually, let it be this way. No one's gonna like it. If you want to keep the cooldown you have to do massive modifications, also store the cooldown into your database. Just... don't.
