[PHP] Discord automatic messages (CRON)(WEBHOOK)

Hello community,

In this guide I will teach you a simple way to send automatic messages using only php, cron and discord webhook.

The function is designed to announce weekly events but can easily be changed for other purposes.

The function is protected by a key, so if the key is not defined the script will not be executed.
