[OPENSRC] Metin2 P-Server Toplist

Hey

I am working as Web-Dev for a little pserver. I had to implement the metin2pserver.info API and their vote-script. This was horrible !
So I decide to create an open source p-server list. There will be no push or buyable votes ! 
And an easy-to-understand API.
