char_affect.cpp (bool CHARACTER::RemoveAffect(CAffect * pkAff))

replace:

if (AFFECT_REVIVE_INVISIBLE != pkAff->dwType)
{
    ComputePoints();
}

with:

if (AFFECT_REVIVE_INVISIBLE != pkAff->dwType)
{
    ComputePoints();
}
else
{
    UpdatePacket();
}
