Channel changer Official

I have some problem the official channel changer.

This is the problems :

How to fix?

you should check in constInfo.py:

IN_GAME_SHOP_ENABLE = 1

if you have enable it(I think you have it) it means your SystemDialog.py load from locale: locale\**\ui\SystemDialog.ru, but you changed in uiscript\systemdialog.ru therefore it cannot find it
