Problem Captcha code on website

Hello dears,i have some problem with security code on website.

Click http://metin2hyx.com and register(Î nregistrare) and to Security code theat box is black and i don't know to fix it.

When i test on PC all was fine but in host have this error.Thanks

make sure you have installed gd library

And how can i find what i have instal and what missing?

I have all instaled and support make my a test captcha and work but original spam.php(captcha) don't work and still stay black box.

No one know how to solve this?

First time, be sure you have installed gd library.

Secondly, check if in directory where is spam.php have arial.ttf , if not download from here:

Problem is from your hosting provider . 

Give them a ticket and tell them to help :).
