[Major Bug] Upgrading crashes server

Hi, on my current server for some profound reason when ever you upgrade with any item it crashes the server. and then i'm required to restart the server otherwise it will glitch when you login and instant log out.

 

I tested this with  blacksmiths, along with the magic metal etc. I tested with multiple items, at different +'s

Let me know how to fix this as i don't have any idea

EDIT - HOW TO FIX

 

To anyone whom might come into a problem such as this, download a clean game file (home/game/share) then patch it using a diff patcher to add things such as 125 stats, level 250 etc. after patching it just replace the game file in (home/game/share) and set its rights to 0777.
