change this

return (m_lpD3DDev->DrawIndexedPrimitive(PrimitiveType, 0, minIndex, NumVertices, startIndex, primCount));

to this

return (m_lpD3DDev->DrawIndexedPrimitive(PrimitiveType, minIndex, 0, NumVertices, startIndex, primCount));

( Back to normal )
