How to 100% DDoS Save root-Server?

Can anyone tell me, which Webserver, Rootserver & co. I should use to open a server? Is Ovh the best host for Metin2 server?

 

What i have to buy? The Price does not matter, the main thing is 100% protected!

Ovh / Eterhost, Cloudflare, a good Ipfw / Fw / packetfilter, and some others things. ^^

uptime = hardware running

doesn't matter if you can't connect to the server 

as long as the hardware is running the server is up
