Item_Proto Accents

Hello,

can anyone help me with this problem? I want to translate item_proto with czech accents, but somehow it is not working. I've tried to change encoding of Item_Proto dump as well, but it does nothing. Hope you can help me with this.

You need to copy first the normal item_proto without the chinese characters and change the encoding to ANSI and paste.
