I dont know for sure if there is a tool for that but you just have to translate client to show mob names to your language.

You only need to translate the NPC's (it's not a big deal just 200 names) dont forget to translate the portals

the problem is i can't use the TXT with the server (I think they are broken ) I'm using sql

and i want to make balance between client & server proto item and mob 

 

so the point is the client got icons + data (name+proto)

if i convert them to sql or txt that the db could read them ....i will get no problem with the items & mob
