Problem channels

I have this error for a week and I had tried everything and I can't resolve them

Some one now's how to resolve this error?

 

When server iniciate, I do login and the server goes down everytime.

The problem is that mob_drop_item doesn't exist ...

Boot: cannot load MOBDropItemFile: locale/germany/mob_drop_item.txt

The file is on that folder, I already tried the official one, and doesn't work...
