Server sync

Can someone help me with this issue? When I’m in a duel and a character dies, it doesn’t keep the death position. When it respawns, it revives back where the attack started. If I relog with the attacking character, when I log back into the server it shows me next to them, but in reality I’m actually at a distance.

looks like there is an issue with how target movement is being saved on the server part. a similar problem exists by default for mobs but I’m not sure if it’s supposed to happen with players as well. you will need to update m_posDest after each movement or sync, normally its handled by CHARACTER::Stop. if its used parts was removed or modified incorrectly, the server won’t update the character’s current position properly.

BUT that explanation mostly applies to mobs, though. for players, the sync mechanism itself totally broken, so if calling Stop doesn’t solve it, it’s most likely a common sync issue.
