I'm having a problem with mages skills they don't work at all and also no healing trainer , what should i do ?

Could someone tell me how to disable the txt files from db folder because i don't want them and i prefer to just edit them directly from navicat because im having a problem while changing the mobs *exp/gold* and while doing reload p ingame the table will be back as the txt one in db folder so if someone know how to disable them and just use navicat i would be appreciate your help
