socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000

Hey, I have been running into problems when setting up TMP4 files.

Everytime i start the server i get this error in auth
 

socket_connect: HOST 127.0.0.1:15000, could not connect.

all other cores are fine, db is up, mysql is up. 

not sure what the problem is and what could solve it, was browsing around but couldn't find anything usefull.

can't find the door open, are you sure you wrote and executed everything correctly?
