Change Mission Book Rewards

Hii

I want to change the rewards for mission books, but i cannot find the location of the rewards and the specific quests.
I just am able to find the place where the quest seems to be:

QuestScroll1.quest

QuestScroll2.quest   etc....

If anyone knows something and can give me a hint i would appreciate it
