I don't understand why no one talks about the problems caused by MSAA, knowing that it's a common issue, but no one has discussed it. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

That is a problem with the geometry. MSAA can make seams visible if the geometry is not modelled correctly, although your case seem to be really an extreme example of it.

A solution is to use a post processing AA technique (FXAA, SMAA, CMAA, etc) or supersampling (render at a higher resolution and then downsample to backbuffer resolution).

In D3D11 you can resolve the MSAA samples yourself, so it may be possible to mitigate this (or fix it entirely)

The issue exists in both DirectX 8 and DirectX 9.

MSAA has no potential to cause such a problem. I have been using Directx9 for a long time and have made a lot of adjustments. I have never experienced such a problem before. There are 3 alternative reasons for the problem:

1- There is an error in the source codes.(High probability.)
2- It is caused by the textures.
3- It is caused by the map files.

Everyone has that problem with MSAA, whether it's on DX8 or DX9; it's just that no one wants to acknowledge it.

Because no one cares about the MSAA they did never used it, and yes the problem is on both versions of DX, and also is not visible on all the pc`s i did never saw those lines but i sent the client to my friend and on his pc those lines are visible, strange.

In the past i did some tests with @ Gurgarath also on his side the white lines can be seen on my pc not.

Edit:
To solve it just do not enable the antialiasing on the MAP texture enable it only on objects like houses, trees, npc, ecc.
