Yeah if you can't connect to your server the only thing you can do is contact the host. What were you changing before rebooting and why did you reboot? Please be aware that on FreeBSD you rarely ever have a real reason to reboot. Services can be restarted in the shell. This is a common mistake people make because of all the old tutorials online telling you to reboot after installing everything.
