which world editor are you using ? becaus ei have somehow the same problem

oh boy , you need to use world editor and a couple folders and  dll's in order to make it work for your client ill tell you detailed :

FROM YOU CLIENT :

unpack etc : and drop special and enviroment to world editor folder 

pc

propoerty

terainmaps

extureset

zone

devil.ll

granny.dll

ilu.dll

SpeedTreeRT.dll

MSVCRTD.DLL
