Function which gives +1% percent Avarage Damage

Can anyone help me how can i make a function which gives +x% avarage damage?

I tried to make it, but something always went wrong.

Hi!

You should specify when/how that bonus should be received.

Important tips are related to: How many times that function will be called? When it will be called first time? How long that bonus should last on your account?

I missed something in my question, i want to add some NPC-s which gives you +x% percent bonus! But i forget to tell this will be switcher, so imagiane an item which has 5% percent and if someone put this item to the NPC it will change to 6%. But thanks anyway.
