Restrict mounts when player receives damage

Hey,

 

      So what i want to achieve is:
      When player A receives damage from player B(only from ground) i want player A not to be able to climb on mount for the next X seconds.
      How can this be done?

you can make a variable when an attack is made with global time, and then check in cmd_general do_ride
