Shaman skill bug

Hello community, i have this bug at the shaman skill:

I havent installed any system. The problem is that player shouldnt be able to to hit from so far. Also, from so far it makes 0 dmg. When i go near the mob i makes dmg.

Check the client files, you probably added a new patch that contains this modification

i have the same problem sameone have fix for it ?
