well, not for free. as a 3d modeler you can probably imagine how long it takes to lay out those meshes.

Is not all about this helmets do you know right? It's the interface that you cannot reproduce and the game style that requests too much work.

Let's take for example the advantage of the monarch to edit the cities. The game you want to make it's impossible. And if you want to add the helmets to this armors you have to remove the hairstyles from the game too. But anyway, that's a nice work with that helmet.
