Metin2 Microsoft LoopBackAdapter Install

I Read and try to use this but it not work for me.

I don;t understand some steps of this topic. He use another IP in loopback adapter and another IP in virtualbox.

Can Some help me to setup my setting can someone say me what i have to write from this IPs;
