Offline Shop + GIft System Fail !

Heyy i'm encountering that error does anyone knows how to fix this ? 

also if i put item in the offline shop and close it its not giving me the yang or the items back are just desipired ! 

 

when i try to open the gift its shuting down the server i don't know why !

Do you have the vnum 1 in item_proto ?

I got it, and still gift box is empty, and got this error in syser..
