Game option improvement

Hey guys,

I have some game option improvement which will be useful for anyone 

Add a new button which will show only item names on the ground and hide all another names. Add a new button which will show only player names. Button for show all names already exist so no need to add it.

Add new block button for buff, so players can't buff you if they aren't in your party group.

Add new button for show only small notice(/n) instead of big notice (/b).

If someone make it I will be glad
