[HELP] CPU doesn't support long mode

Hi guys, i were trying to install freebsd 9.2 in my files, and today i found a tutorial where i could create the files from 0, or download his files with freebsd 9.2, and i tried to install my own ones, and it gave an error, and i downloaded his files, and it gave the same error when i'm starting the Virtual Machine.. There's the error:

Which disk are you taking from FreeBSD ?

You are trying to install 64 bit files on a 32 bit machine
