Here I finally managed to compile the official tool that create the pack 

I'm glad me and I said thank you friend

 

I will publish in Basic version has the BGM pack is 

because it's nice to have Compiled ect ... 

 

But now he must understand ^ ^

I used the tool, but it gives me error when using it. 

would someone kindly tell me how it works? 

I put the files in the right places, in the following folders  panama and package.
