i just started my server and the channels go down one by one. I didn't have this problem before. Is someone ddosing me?

eterhost suggest me this lib by imer http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/metin2-pserver-guides-strategies/3225317-lib-source-34k-imers-libgame-random-collection-stuff.html because there might be a core downer can someone help me use it ?
