problem when logining in the website

when my friends try to login the and choose their character at the login the client completely closes

and i have this error in the sysser

0602 17:31:07843 :: CMapBase::LoadProperty(FileName=metin2_map_b1MapProperty.txt) - LoadMultipleTextData ERROR ÆÄÀÏÀÌ ¾øÀ» °¡´É¼ºÀÌ ¸¹½À´Ï´Ù.
0602 17:31:07843 :: CMapManager::LoadMap() Invalid Map Type
0602 17:31:07843 :: CPythonBackground::SelectViewDistanceNum(int eNum=0) mc_pcurEnvironmentData is NULL

other people use this client and don't have that problem
