DB Core makes me crazy

I hope someone of you can help me. I compiled the source without any errors.

But the db core only starts sometimes and at the other time i get Core dumped.

It is maybe an error with hotbackup, try in conf.txt:

DISABLE_HOTBACKUP = 1

UP: my db just skip this option, i don't know why. Sorry.

My "syserr" file has nothing had all but in the syslog logs to stop

You can try compile mysql with --with-charset=euc-kr  its character set issue

Hello guys,

 

I fixed this already. The problem was that sometimes my mysql server breaks connection but the db core execute some functions and crashed.

With gdb (c++ debugger)

 

The best way is to fixing your mysql server or fixing this in source (and be sure that hotbackup database exists)

Guys you are using some db server code I modded.

I forgot to change a enum to remove hotbackup.

So it tries to set the charset for a non-existent connection
