When i give level with /a command player dont give skillpoints and then when he will make a new level he dont take skill point again

Hi metin2dev , i have done wolfman and now when i have tested all thinks i have found a bug, i can't give dmg with perfect skills, only with m10 or less. Do you have any solution?
