Let it be like this. You can add a check if you want for iNormalHitBonus, idk. If it equals to something, just increase it by 5 or 10 or 15 idk... Like if the results equals to something between 30 and 39, add 10, if it equals to something between 40 and 49, add 5, etc... you do you 

The rank points only? Or the entire tooltip? Like when you hover, what does it say?

Does it have the same behaviour when you have an item on the second inventory page?

Actually, let it be this way. No one's gonna like it. If you want to keep the cooldown you have to do massive modifications, also store the cooldown into your database. Just... don't.

syserr or syslog must say something. Maybe you forgot to increase the total cells value. 5x9x4 = 180 cells.

Yes, it would be great if you could mute specific people with a button near the `Whisper` button on the upper side of the window, or if you could disable the function completely, or if you can do it Group/Guild only.

Added support for update locale.cfg when changing the language on the patcher. The default value is false which means the locale.cfg file will not be updated when changing the patcher's language.
To set it up edit src\config.ts.
