Server wont start

Hey,

I have been trying to mount untouched serverfiles but for some reason server wont start, I hope you can help me with that

Database not started or has different port. Games connects to 15000.

Weird as I remember, database port was set to 15000 in CONFIG file

How I get this error spamming

How to solve this?
