40K Start server eroor !

Hello. I have a problem after i put 40k game  range in server and db game gives me  conection refused and in syserr have these errors!

socket_connect: HOST 0:41171, could not connect.
SYSERR: Apr 27 20:13:43.36492 :: socket_connect: HOST 0:41171, could not connect.

I also applied to internal ip diff and give me all these errors .
