Channel problem

Hey guys I have a problem with my channels 1 and 2 open just fine but 3 and 4 are getting an error that says tcp_socket:Address already in use... I changed their ports in CONFIG files and in root but this didn't work either... Anybody have an idea?

Be careful at:

HOSTNAME: (ex. CH3_core1 , CH4_core1)

CHANNEL:  (ex. 3 , 4 )

PORT: (ex. 13003 , 13004 )

P2P_PORT: (ex. 40003, 40004)

 

and extra: close server and delete all "pid" files if remaind opened after reboot VDS.
