Buffs , game rev 34k

I use game rev 34k and i have a problem with special buffs like third hand etc . I setted all the dates from table account from database account , i reboot the server and i connected to server . My problem is that even if the dates was setted to (silver_expire , gold_expire etc) i don't see the icons of buffs in the left top side and i have not any o the buffs effects . I repeated few times this actions .
