gettinng error when creating character :(

i get errors when creating character when create character not creating and waiting on character and character just making 3 repeat movement of select and screen waiting

 

btw i using 15.4 patch new login screen i guess that not affect about this

 

but i can join with older login screen system where is problem

game db is builded from source so 40k with vs2013 so i working it on windows

and binary is 28k (28229)

and syslog:

how i can to harmonize any binary version to any game version? maybe sequance patcher but this need from source fix
