Bug character selection

Hi , i have a problem at the character selection -->> https://metin2.download/picture/H5vfxxCg6F8ZPhdM8eAVbt95YRqIrLKe/.png

His head looks like even if we equipped the same and miling equipment.

Bug is the source game , because we changed the game with another and not do the same.

Same time , it looks elsewhere..

Who knows what files should change to look good ?
