Change password of account?

So my issue is that all the passwords are the same (invoice), and I have absolutely no idea how to change it into something like;

1234 or password9944

If anyone can help me with this, I'd appreciate it very much.

Go to navicat press F6 key and write this:

SELECT PASSWORD("your_pass");

And get your password

UPDATE account.account SET password = PASSWORD("some_pass") where id=some_id;
