Automatic Event Starter

Hey guys I've always wondered about this feature an automatic event starter the reason I wanted it is because It makes it  easier for the staffs and also for the players they wont have to wait for the staff to come it would just start by it self

Automated fishing event using source:

 
You can do it via timed events on source (search for event_create and event_cancel) or by quest using server timers
