Problem connecting in game

Hey guys, I need help with something strange, I got an dedicated server with test files, my friend can connect to game, but I do not. And when I try use my "own" game, no one can connect, anyone knows anything to help?

 

FreeBDS Version: 9.2 x64

Mysql Version: 5.6
