String Problem

I start to translate the mexico locale to italian.

But i find often string in chinese (i think) There is a method for convert it in italian?

I also show that the buttom for exit from a npc dialog box (in the quest file is recall with vnumnpc.chat.)  is write in chinese.

How can I translate it?
