Dragon Soul expandable slots & stone's bonuses

Firstly, I need some help with my dragon soul system. How can I make to expand the stone request slots? I mean, I want to put more than 3 stones for upgrade the stones...

 

And secondly, how can I change the bonuses from those all stones?
